"It all depends on the team you join, but the key is to own your needs from day 1. Management is supportive of people who don't ask whether it is ok to put their family life first when needed."

"Lots of unconscious bias throughout. Most senior women have no children while most senior men do have children. Have seen several women return from maternity leave and be laid off, others given so little flexibility that they have no choice but to resign."
