"Do not work there unless you want to work for a number of white men in leadership positions or people who do not know how to manage others. There are barely any promotions or raises yearly. In order to get a raise, you have to get promoted first, which takes longer than a year. Too many politics in the workplace."

"LPL is executing on an exciting growth strategy while also attempting to transform it’s culture to one that is innovative and obsessively focused serving our clients. It is a fast moving and demanding culture, which can be very challenging. "

"There is great opportunity here for talented employees who work hard and are committed to the work we do as a company. The number of women in middle management is solid, but there is work to do to empower more women to advance into executive leadership. We do have a good number of women in top positions relative to our industry, but that may be a low bar. Flexible work schedules are common and I have always had the ability to work around needs in my personal life with the full support of my manager."

"Maternity leave isnt the best but at least they do the standard 6 weeks at 60% pay. Working from home is frowned upon by most managers so that isnt a great option."
