"Try to talk to other women in your department - situations will vary so much. There is so much to love at this company, but depending on your department, you may be considerably underpaid. There are a lot of women at the company and in powerful positions, which is fantastic. "

"In theory, the company (and parent company, Disney) promotes great flexibility. However, your situation will depend greatly on your manager. Even if your manager is fine with working from home or changing your hours, if he or she is the kind of manager that needs everything handled immediately, you will miss out on information and opportunities. "
