Women have literally quit because LFS does not subsidize their children's insurance meaning that the bulk of your salary goes to that cost. The Foster Care Director is very understanding of the need for a work life balance but there is no paid maternity leave.
Job Satisfaction Level
I would not recommend the company to women who have to put their children on insurance or who are planning to get pregnant. If you are not planning a family or your children can be on your partner's insurance, it's great!
