November 2018

If you're willing to stay stagnate in your career then this could be a great option for you. Most of the people are very nice, there's just a lot of unconscious bias towards having women in leadership positions and giving promotions.

There was a great culture of friendship and teamwork, and opportunities to continue learning on the job from other global women and their experiences.

October 2018

Throughout my pregnancy the company was so easy to work with - they never made me use vacation for appointments, letting me instead monitor my own hours via flex time. This will also come in handy with a newborn! For maternity leave, you are not forced to use up sick time/vacation - although you can use it if you want to. You can also borrow up to 40 hours of vacation from the next year, so if you used up your vacation for maternity leave you would still have the option to take a vacation that year.

If you are taking less than 4 hours off you are not required to log time (if you are salaried). This is extremely helpful when it comes to prenatal appointments, newborn check ups etc.

It is an inclusive environment, however not a lot of creative freedom and there is very little flexibility with time.

Money is an issue. Also my nationality. Women-on-women harrassment occurs. Also sexual harrassment from men.

February 2018

Great company where you can meet amazing and fascinating people. It’s the type of place that you can work hard and learn a lot. Reaching to top is a lot to do with commercial value, connections and sometimes nationality. There are not so many women in leadership roles.

August 2017

There are women high up on the food chain, and plenty of women on the team, but it's still heavily skewed to the male end of the scale. It's largely white males (very few people of color), though I've never felt uncomfortable in the office or on company outings/happy hours.

We're able to work from home when needed and come in late/early when needed as well. They especially allow this for people with kids, or other family matters. The compensation is low compared to the country average, but you get 18 days PTO plus holidays when you start, and then 22 days when you hit 5 years.
