"This is a great company to get experience if starting or transitioning your career, but if you're looking for a long term position it will be an uphill climb to make any significant changes internally."

"The person I reported to the longest was very supportive and we have an amazing relationship. However, due to internal restructuring I spent the last part of my tenure reporting to someone else who I did not jive with. Lack of communication, lack of support when it came to issues with artists and managers, and ultimately couldn't find a way to inform me of what was needed or was going on, but other people in the company always seemed to know. It was clear that at some point he decided his relationship with me wasn't important."
