"If you're looking for flexibility in how you manage your time/day, this is not the place. The decision-makers are old school and all men. As long as your at your desk, they're happy. I feel like I punch a clock. I have been told many very rude comments over the years and have felt bullied.
On the other side, I love the investment philosophy. I truly feel its in the client's best interest. I get to wear many different hats as it's a small firm. I also make good money and have the potential to make great money long-term."
