"MMC has a huge initiative for equity. They continue to support women, the CIO of MMC is the key stakeholder of running Women in Tech, Lean In, and Growth goals to promote/upskill women. The level of support within the firm, is fantastic, being the US/Canada Ambassador for Lean In within our organization, would firmly believe there are few companies that have the same strategic lens that our company does."
