"It’s a great place to work with a bunch of smart people. Flexibility is key for women especially raising a family. They are very good here with that. Women are moving up more at MMC and the men do support our women here. There are several ERG’s and groups to get involved with. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are of great interest for all colleagues. "
