"Take what you can and leave the rest. If you're looking for food manufacturing or R&D knowledge, they arent afraid to hire women and it's a good networking base. At first glance you with think that they are pro women in the workplace, however, they are cheap and feel women can be paid less. Women are often doing two jobs for still much less than their counterparts."
