It's a creative environment and young. Not super sure about the family benefits but they do allow you to work from home which is nice. Need more women at the top.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Lots of men at the top and not a lot of diversity of voices. It's a fun company but few ladies are at the top.

Men and women are treated equally but that just means they are undervalued equally.

Bad work environment. Undervalued, underpaid, and would rather give the work to a fresh college grad to avoid the quality and costs of hiring someone more qualified.

I think this is a great company and brand to be a part of, especially since it's still small and private for being a top news publisher. I will say politics are coming into play a lot more from upper management, and there are very few (I think only one) woman in a C-level role at the company. I haven't been here long enough to know if that's what it's always been like, but it's noticeable and something to watch out for.
