"Favoritism and nepotism go unchecked. Promotions are rarely based on merit. Employees’ lunches get stolen regularly from the refrigerators in the break room.
Benefits are expensive and there is no 401K.
Need more take-charge managers who are able to communicate clearly and effectively with employees.
No incentives or bonuses for employees.
Not a good choice if you are looking for a financially secure future.
