"Loved the job, team, and culture. It is impossible, as a leader, to truly disconnect on your days "off" and when you do, you feel GUILTY for taking time. As a team, we would make a decision but no one would follow through making you look the the bad person because you did you job. Peer to Peer accountability needs work. "

"Toxic work environment. They value money more than people. You are encouraged to spend most of the work days socializing with colleagues, because there is not much else to do. Many women have unresolved harassment complaints; many women who are harassed choose to walk out and quit instead of filing with HR, to avoid being dubbed as "problematic". If the person harassing is a "top writer", complaints will be ignored. If you upset the wrong person, they will retaliate and impact your paycheck. Upper management has very little oversight, and most don't seem to care about their employees. They won't consistently adhere to their non-fraternizing policy, because nearly half of the corporate leaders are married to or dating each other. Before you consider this company, look up "Lonny Rosenblatt" - this is the kind of behavior you find all over the company...all the way up to the top. It's worse for women."

"As a woman in the sales industry, you need to understand that this is a male dominated industry and it's okay to be aggressive and be bold! It's okay! "
