Diverse culturally, but I am currently only woman. This does not seem thus far to affect me in any way though. This is quite possibly the first place I've worked where I feel empowered, respected, etc. Very small group - only about a dozen of us.

Stand up for yourself, know your worth, and do not take criticism personally. Do not expect to receive a lot of praise. Coworkers are wonderful and will support each other and praise each other but you will not get much from the upper management.

There was a ton of opportunity for a young woman engineer here, especially to move up. But the prevailing culture is that women ignore micro-aggressions and even behaviors such as being catcalled or excessively pardoned when men are cursing. The industry may have been a lot worse in the old days but now we should evolve and not tolerate as much bs as the women with boots on the ground often experience.

I worked here for 3 years. Management is male dominated and it is not uncommon to hear sexist jokes in the office. The few women in management positions are judged for being too aggressive and masculine.

I worked as a contracted employee for several years, then was hired. Absolutley loved all my positions except the last one, but stuck with it. I wanted to be on the install team and did do a few, but not when the new system came out. Basically a very good company to work for. Male dominated management, but does seem to be bringing more women up.
