Flexibility depends on role and job responsibilities; for non-customer facing roles, some employees work remotely ~50% of time. Other long-standing employees have been allowed to go 100% remote to accommodate a move.

It is a female only company. No male employees hired -- not to say they won't be in the future, but that's how it has been to date.

January 2018

I would strongly advise they don't work there. Very high turn over. Pay is poor. Past experience and college edication is not valued or considered. Everyone starts at $9 or 10 an hour. If you stay past 3 months, you may get raise to $11.00. This includes managers positions. Almost no opportunity to advance.

May 2017

There is a disconnect between different departments, particularly office staff versus park operations. At the surface the organization appears to be very diverse and woman-friendly, with many moms working (including leadership positions) -- however, the opportunities for career advancement and fair pay just aren't there.
