"Great benefits. Maternity leave for non-attorneys is 12 weeks at 100% pay followed by two months of part-time work (60% the first month, 80% the second month) at 100% pay. Attorneys have it even better, but I’m not sure of the specifics. Great culture; like a family. They will work with you to accommodate your life; as long as you can show them that you’re dedicated to meeting your billable hours with quality work. They really live up to being family friendly. "
