Each Head of the Business Unit or General Manager defines the teams flexibility guided by the general policies. However they do NOT have to agree or implement all HR policies. This leads to inconsistencies throughout the company.

Great employer IF you are into extreme politics. No accountability. It’s all who you know and how good you are at sucking up.

December 2017

There is an expectation that women will do all administrative tasks. Even though you may be hired into a leadership position, you likely won't be in the inner circle. And that inner circle is where company-altering decisions are made.

March 2017

It can be great as long as your expectations are set before accepting the job. Mid-management is equal and family friendly but a lot of archaic culture trickles down from exec levels.

February 2016

There are very few women working at the company and the number has been decreasing. They have never had a woman at the executive level. I don't see any advancement for women with such a boy's club at the top. It's difficult to gain their respect.
