"If work/life balance is key to you (especially if you have kids) ask questions about policies/what other individuals do in the specific unit you're applying to. It can be VERY different from one area to another."

"In most areas you can't work from home. There are flex hours and the number of hours expected in the office has drastically imrpoved since I started. That said, you've got to be there either 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6 or something along those lines.
*This can vary by division/area you work in."
