Clinical research is challenging and fast paced but it offers a lot of opportunity for those who put in the effort and time. There are many opportunities to learn and grow here.

Many employees can and do work from home. The management allows employees to do the work they need to, when the need to. We have core business hours but managers are easy to work with if something comes up or if you need to adjust your schedule. Great leadership.

Very few women in technical roles and those who are not a part of technical teams (men and women alike) are treated with less value.

November 2017

Okay company for a short term job if you can't find anything else. Typical old boys network runs the show. Pay is below average, the health insurance coverage is sub par and changes every year, so it's hard to keep the same doctors from year to year. The company does not believe in raises and instead uses various "bonus systems" based on your position. But these bonuses are never guaranteed.

There are a lot of women in leadership roles but they are paid peanuts and not really the best role models.

June 2016

If you are an instructor, they are great at being flexible and allowing you to suggest your own dates for classes. They just changed how they pay and it has totally ripped the teachers off. There is no motivation to bring in more students when you don't get paid "per-student" and instead get paid "per hour."

C-suite is male but not by design. They'll give you room to grow and shine but you have to be ambitious and vocal.

Some managers are more flexible than others, but not all. Most of the top executives are men. I've seen few women promoted from within.

November 2015

Being in the military is a rewarding experience but it doesn't come without it's challenges. Its a male dominated career and as much as leadership tries to practice fairness, it's a constant uphill battle trying to prove yourself.

They don't promote women, except in support roles. They have a couple at the VP level, and that seems to be enough for them.
