Depending on which coast you are on and what your role is, prepare to be expected to fill in the gaps that male employees are not asked to do with the same frequency. Anything from running errands to bringing food for office lunches.

Very white small town feel, no investment in employees. Not bad treatment of women but executive team is almost all white men. Privately owned and it is all about revenue - people are just an expense.

The company has little diversity at the senior leadership level at this time, but I am optimistic leaders are working on creative ways to change this through promotions and recruitment.
