"Merkle has a history of being a boys club, but there has been a lot of progress made in the last few years. There are still disparities in promotion, especially at a leadership levels as well as in performance evaluations, however the progress I have seen with the Women in Leadership program and with the executives actively looking at gender equity leaves me feeling optimistic there will continue to be change. "Merkle is a great place to work but is known as a boys culture. There is only one female leader on the exec board - Chief People Officer. The ratio of men to women in leadership roles at SVP & above is 80/20 ( 20% women). "

"They value the smarts... doesn't matter if it comes from men or women. However, it's pretty white male dominated at the top thought the CEO has been taking steps to change it recently"
