"Merkle has a history of being a boys club, but there has been a lot of progress made in the last few years. There are still disparities in promotion, especially at a leadership levels as well as in performance evaluations, however the progress I have seen with the Women in Leadership program and with the executives actively looking at gender equity leaves me feeling optimistic there will continue to be change. "Merkle is a great place to work but is known as a boys culture. There is only one female leader on the exec board - Chief People Officer. The ratio of men to women in leadership roles at SVP & above is 80/20 ( 20% women). "

"There are a lot of internal initiatives such as a women in leadership committee. However, basic parental leave and inflexibility in working hours or working from home. "
