"You will be coerced into working insane amounts of overtime, there are no light duty positions so if you have a c-section or other surgery or injury you are not allowed to work until you are fully cleared. The management does nothing to make sure that the staff are protected from our patients (this is working in a prison as a nurse) and when DOC violates their own policies or does something they shouldn’t in regards to med staff we get a shrug from our management. "
