Michelin is a great employer that puts their people at the heart of the business. I see the core value of "Respect for People" lived out in many aspects of the company.

There is a great culture, and the company invests in development of employees. You will be proud to work here, and will have the opportunity for both personal and professional growth. Plus, you'll work with awesome people who have a sense of purpose and who demonstrate respect.

It depends upon your role, of course, but from what I see, managers understand the need for flexibility. It's all about being responsible and accountable for your work, and if you are, then the flexibility comes more easily.

Working in Michelin, brought me personal and professional growth. I can picture myself staying in a long term perspective. The working environment, the life- balance we can have is totally worth it.

Maybe. There is wonderful work-life balance at Michelin. However, it is difficult to progress without taking on a heavy travel role.

It is a great company that allows you to have multiple career paths in many areas regardless of your degree/experience. If you have a degree in marketing and want to explore other areas of the company such as industry or supply chain or HR....if you perform well you will have this opportunity. I have had 2 children while working at Michelin and I have felt very supported in having a family and with good work-life balance when they are sick or when school is cancelled, etc. I have good flexibility to respond and ensure my children are my priority.

Since I had my children, Michelin has added a new policy on parental week and all mothers and fathers receive 2 weeks of parental paid leave....so if I had more children I would have 8 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid.
