This can be a great place to work as a young woman before you're interested in starting a family. You can gain a lot of great work experience which you can take to another company and make a lot more money with better work/life balance.

There are amazing women who work here, however there is a strong culture of “good ol boys” club.

Treat ALL women with respect. They are not "chicks". "We all like to look at pretty girls, but we have work to do here", should never be said, in private nor in company meetings. Swearing and telling sexual jokes is just WRONG - regardless who laughs. Could go on and on!

February 2016

I've worked here for a long time and historically, it has been mostly female (over half) in a variety of roles, including management. I've seen a lot of woman advance within the organization over the years. The maternity leave benefits are great for full timers - 12 weeks paid after 1 year on the job.
