"My department has a good ratio and everyone is treated equally. The company as a whole is working on getting more diversity in leadership. It's slow but it's happening."

"This company has the appearance of equality in that many of the positions up to and including management are held by women. However, if you take a step back and look, the most senior positions are all held by men. Also, the day to day culture of the office is very much a "good ol' boys club". "
