"I can only speak for my department, but I do interact with many people across the company. My gender has only come up a couple of times and my managers always had my back. They fully support me and don't take kindly to people being disrespectful when I'm trying to help them."

"It really depends on the department. Each handled it differently before the pandemic. Now everyone works from home but some people have stricter hours depending on the department. But they've been very good about making sure everyone can work from home now."

"Great benefits. Some positions have some flexibility. Mother rooms on-site. It seems that woman aren't always recognized at the same rate as men."

"Our positive company culture encourages opinions, creativity, and inspires others to lead. I find that my female colleagues are supportive, smart, and work to build each other up. I have a small child and find that work/life balance here is by far the best compared to previous tech companies I've worked for. "
