"I love the freedom and flexibility I have to prioritize my family and still feel like a valued member of the team. From my point of view everyone is treated equally regardless of gender. "

"The women here support each other. When you don't feel supported by your team or your boss there is always someone that you can talk to and can help you get what you need."

"I am fortunate that my role allows for flexibility. I can adjust my schedule as needed and work remote. However, flexibility is based on the type of role. From example, by nature some roles do not have the ability to work from home when needed. Overall, I think managers do a great job with trying to give as much flexibility when possible. "

"MINDBODY is an amazing place for a women starting her career, re-entering the workforce or very experienced. I feel comfortable being myself, and have found the more authentic I am the more respect I have gained. MINDBODY has a in house daycare which has allowed me to stay highly connected to my child while at work, and I have loved being able to see them throughout the day (including breastfeeding). Being a full time working mother, MINDBODY has supported my need for a flexible work arrangement, given all of the different priorities in my life. If you are a hard worker, and do a great job, leaders will take care of your needs. This is invaluable to me, and something that is a must-have for an employer. I would highly recommend MINDBODY to women, especially those with children who are focused on the need for personal and professional balance. "
