"There is a ton of focus on EDI here, and lots of positive changes have been happening. We also have a lot of great resources and support groups to help women feel heard, seen, and accepted. I love the flexibility of my work schedule and that I don't feel guilty if I need to take time off to care for my family."

"It depends on your role here, but no matter where you start, you do have to put in your time. Once they know and see that you are committed and responsible with the time your need to give to the job, you can become more flexible in that work life balance. To be honest, they work extremely well with all aspects of creating that balance, especially for families but also for self care. I hope more companies form with this culture so my kids have the same chance for growth in support in their fields."

"MINDBODY is a highly energetic and passionate workplace where everyone, from the highest leadership to entry level, really tries to walk the talk. One of the company's core values is "Consciously Evolve" so when unfairness or inequality is identified, I see a huge push to change policies or situations to make things better. No company is perfect, but MINDBODY is always striving to improve and make the environment better for employees of all backgrounds and gender expression. Things are only going to keep going up."

"I absolutely love the community that we have built here at MINDBODY. The women support each other and the men support us in that as well. We have events such as clothing drives, we have Babysitters for our tech events, we do everything that we can to be inclusive and to promote our own growth and development.
Our Women in Tech group is amazing across all offices! We host Professional Development workshops and networking events. We have even done mock interview and resume building workshops to prepare ourselves for the big interview.
Our Wit Group and EDI groups host Family picnics and outings which really build that community. Honestly, it is what keeps me here and I love what we do for our clients even more when I am happy and feel like I contribute to a greater community. I love working where I feel wanted and supported!"
