April 2018

There is a lot of room for improvement - better top up during mat leave, longer duration of top up, easily accessible private rooms for breast pumping, etc. The biggest challenge is that is many areas of the organization there is still an old boys club culture - specifically white Italian men. They are promoted with far less qualification than women or people of colour. I don’t see this culture changing anytime soon.

March 2018

There are wonderful people who work here, but seem to be pushed too hard for little recognition or compensation. The fundraising team was not collaborative, but competitive (in a way that was not positive for the team or the company).

There is an immense culture of respect at the firm, associates are encouraged to speak their mind and contribute to creative solutions/projects. There is a lot of emphasis placed on employee development and the resources provided are unparalleled. Senior people at the firm are very approachable and want to help you succeed.

A very much old school workforce. Little recognition. Managers get irritated by changes in schedule due to sick kids.

They have very flexible benefits in other aspects -- they do pride themselves in work-life balance -- but it depends what part of the company you're in. They can also be very old school and hierarchical.

In transition after not keeping up with internet competitors. To work here, you must embrace dramatic change. It is a little to "peppy" and expects employees to be very excited about everything. That comes from the culture of weight loss - remain optimistic, push forward, YEAH! Most top leaders have changed in last 3 years - a transition still underway.
