Yes, it very diverse as far as women as a whole. There is only one woman of color in an executive/senior manager level position.

    No paid maternity leave is a problem. Had to return after 6 weeks. It is flexible with sick time when you have a sick child. Vacation time is pretty flexible and you can take off as needed (within the 3 week max).

    I had to drain my vacation and sick time to have off and pay myself. There is no paid time for maternity leave.
