If you're looking for a company that is still malleable and you're a go-getter, then yes. But it depends on your role at the company. It's exceptionally hard to get hired as a female engineer because the CTO only hires overly-pragmatic engineers, exactly like himself. The excuse is that MojoTech has exceptionally high standards, but this is an excuse. MojoTech is a small company that needs female barrier-breakers to challenge the status quo. The women who do work there are incredibly talented, intelligent, tough and work to support each other and help usher in other women. Out of 50 employees they have a one female Product Manager, one female Marketing Manager, and one female Engineer. The culture is changing for the better, but it's entirely due to these women's efforts, not leadership's. Work there if you want to make a difference.
