This company is flexible and pays for your health insurance. Only negative review is that it does not offer a good maternity leave package.

February 2017

Great place to work at, but the compensation is very low, is the minimum wage, for all the things or tasks you are responsible for.

Great working environment and decent policies given the size of the organization, but there is room for improvement with maternity leave.

August 2015

Worked here for 12 years thru a lot of change. Women are typically in support roles and if a women is in management they are not treated with same respect as her male counterparts are. Women have to work harder for a promotion and the factor that we are "caregivers" moving in a higher positions would not be consider suitable. Make mgmt believes women can not handle the "extra" responsibilities.

Traditional firm with an "old boys club" approach. No formal flexible working/working from home policy in place which is a shame.
