I worked there for a year, though there were a lot of women working there, they were not in positions of management. In general, it was a not a good work environment. There's a lot of bureaucracy and red tape you have to go through, if you want to improve anything. It was especially unnerving when I saw my superior get fired for speaking out against corruption within the organization. It's very cut-throat when it come to office politics.

They give only 45 days paid maternity leave. And for that also you need to complete necessary paperwork with Metlife before and soon after your delivery. Yearly review system sucks. Salary is much lower compared to market value if you have stayed there for couple of years. No bonus whatsoever. Even for a good performance you get only 1-2% merit increase. Any PTO is at manager's discretion.

keep in mind, this review is for a small portion of the company. they have numerous companies that they contract for so i can only speak to my experience with one branch. it is horrendous. the mental abuse allowed and accepted on a daily basis is not worth it. the only way to get in a better position is to be friends with someone. it is very much like high school.
