"Be careful who your supervisor is. There are peole who really will support you but you have to be in the right group."

"There are supervisors that have very different expectations of people. The managers are actually flexible but those under them are using schedule as a control."

"Senior leadership sincerely supports inclusion and diversity. It will take more time to permeate the entire organization; training for front-line supervisors rolled out in late 2018. Female CFO and CIO, and one female SVP (so far; I expect more.)"

"Depending on your role, you might have a great experience. The Construction Management team (PEs, APMs, PMs, etc.) has high expectations of all employees, regardless of gender."

"Recently, after I took my maternity leave, they updated their policy to be 8 weeks of short term disability for new moms, and 4 weeks of paid leave for both mothers and fathers. Which equates to 12 weeks fully paid. "

"I worked on a satellite site for the project we were working on. Everyone I worked with was great and we had a lot of fun office bonding activities outside of work! There weren't many women working on site but they were great to work with and included me in lady nights and other activities."
