Generally its a good place to work, however they could do a better job of supporting women in middle management on the administrative side and upper administration system wide. Many of the highest positions are still held by older, white men. This should definitely be more balanced considering the workforce skews more to the female. I would also like to see more diversity in upper administration. Additionally they could do a better job of developing their leaders internally...not much training or support is given...its a bit of sink or swim.
