"I would recommend this company to everyone, regardless of gender, seeking a good work life balance, and flexibility. With that said, there needs to be more women promoted to leadership positions, its still very much an old boys club at leadership positions. "

"Maternity leave is awful. Motorola stops paying all benefits when you go on maternity leave, so all health insurance. Women are rarely promoted to leadership positions. I actually know of 3 women who were demoted once in leadership roles. They place no priority on advancing and hiring women. Essentially no women are in upper level leadership. "

"Management and Sales team very misogynistic, political and white male dominated. Womens (and non -whites) opinions, skills, and abillities not respected or recognized. There are some decent males working here, but unfortunately the bad ones are those that are recognized, promoted and listened too. Wish I had not waited so long to leave. "
