"I would recommend this company to everyone, regardless of gender, seeking a good work life balance, and flexibility.
With that said, there needs to be more women promoted to leadership positions, its still very much an old boys club at leadership positions.

"Maternity leave is awful. Motorola stops paying all benefits when you go on maternity leave, so all health insurance. Women are rarely promoted to leadership positions. I actually know of 3 women who were demoted once in leadership roles. They place no priority on advancing and hiring women. Essentially no women are in upper level leadership. "

"Management and Sales team very misogynistic, political and white male dominated. Womens (and non -whites) opinions, skills, and abillities not respected or recognized. There are some decent males working here, but unfortunately the bad ones are those that are recognized, promoted and listened too. Wish I had not waited so long to leave. "
