Flexibilty at this employer depends on the role, but you will find few examples of women who have families in the higher ranks of the organization. The culture within professional services favors those that are right out of college and without families.

November 2017

It is very competitive. It is predominantly women employees and it is somewhat of a catty work environment.

June 2017

Lots of bullying present, well known in the culture. Empire building culture, some of it by aggressive women managers. Senior executives mostly male, good senior leadership, but doesn't permeate to the workers to improve the culture.

February 2016

Generally, I believe that women at Under Armour are treated fairly, but management is certainly male dominated in almost every department and office location. However, women at the company are generally supportive of each other, and I hope that as the company continues to grow, that subculture will permeate and foster change.
