"There are many female leaders in this company, and it is a generally a friendly, female-dominated work environment. However, clinical research jobs leave much to be desired; prepare to be overworked, over-stressed, but majorly underpaid. "

"I've been at MSK for over a year, and not once have I experienced any kind of harassment or discrimination on the basis of my gender. MSK certainly supports women and is committed to fostering diversity. "

"Stand up for yourself. Advocate for flexible hours and schedules. Ask for promotions and raises, don't wait until it's offered. "
