"MuleSoft retains some of the old guard who maintain a workaholic culture. As more salesforce employees move to Mulesoft I have seen the culture shift for the better. However throughout the pandemic expectations have been unmanageable for working moms. As the only working mom on my team it has been impossible to do well at work and at home - I can say that other teams with more than one working mom do take time off and have managed support. But my team has been terrible for my health and my family. "

"MuleSoft isn’t a place with a lot of women in senior leadership. It’s trying to change with the Salesforce acquisition, but so far, it’s all talk and no results. Still only one woman on the executive team. "

"Only one member of the executive team is female. No women in leadership positions in product, engineering, sales, partnerships, etc. Some women are managers in marketing or customer success, but it's the exception, not the rule."
