"provides a lot of flexibility in work hours, responsibility, etc, however, for a price. compensation is poor relative to other companies and industry standards.
also, senior employees are grossly outnumbered by males being 100% male. attempts are being made to balance this but unfortunately so far only on the lesser experienced employees."
