"The company promotes from within and the culture values queer, trans and femme folx. There's people in both HR and Operations working hard to level it across the board. There's more work to be done in the SLT and the R&D department, but overall it's a great place to work."

"While the workforce as a whole is fairly equal, senior leadership needs more female representation and the company needs to commit to lifting women into those roles."
