"Past teams have had excellent work/life balance cultures. We work on exciting topics that advance science and society. There's a decent amount of flexibility in terms of hours and telecommuting. On the down side: in recent years, the overall work load has gone up across the board so more people are taking on more work but without commensurate pay increases. "
