"It would very much depend on your direct manager. Some are very supportive and flexible. The policy in general isn't in favor: very short maternity leave, few women in leadership positions."

"Flexibility is dependent on the job function and how supportive your manager is. Find women who have been through the process of maternity leave and returning to work to come up with best practices."
