"Culture is fine and pay is just okay (not competitive), but employee benefits/perks have decreased over the years (no employee days, no christmas party, etc.) since a new chancellor and president took over, so if that kind of thing is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. There are multiple campuses, and if you work on the more corporate side of things, you will be in the headquarters location with many perks like gym, cafeteria, beautiful surroundings, etc. If you work at the actual campuses serving students and faculty, the buildings are nice and are mostly central to the city, so lots of lunch spots around."
