yes, if you are looking for a dream job, then find your dream job. Its not about always working at a building, sometimes working from home does help us in the modern world. Afterall, women are equal to men too, but women have to provide for their home with their family.

February 2016

Hours are long and workload can be overwhelming. To keep up with client demands and responsibilities within the agency, your work week will require long days and investing time during your weekend in order to successfully keep up. Women generally speaking, outnumber men in the company but as you advance you will find women become fewer and further between in upper management roles. In fact, most leadership and C-level positions are occupied by men. It is also not unusual to see men with the same number of years in the industry get advanced more quickly than their women counterparts. Furthermore, it is frowned upon for anyone to limit the workday to the standard 8 hours. Making it especially hard for any parent, male or female, to balance family with a career here.

January 2016

There are many female leaders in this company, but much of it seems to be a new brand of cronyism, and stepping on others to rise faster. The company has outgrown its support center, and refuses to hire additional personnel. Mandates are passed down without instruction. The issues within this company are not gender related.

Maybe. If you didn't have children, or a family, then the opportunities for growth are astounding. But you're required to work 60 hours a week, with minimal corporate structure for guidance.

January 2016

I've worked here for 5 years at multiple sites. One site I worked at was great with a diverse group of people at my level and above. Often there were multiple women in meetings. Then I moved to my current role (at a similar size plant) and there are no other women at the same level as me assigned to the site. The only other women on site work in admin, HR, and the lab. Management is blind to the lack of diversity, as well as many other culture shortcomings.

I've never seen a company that, from the top down level, treats women in such an unbiased matter and APPRECIATES the differences between men and women, RECOGNIZES, the differences and REWARDS the differences.
