      "Choose something else if you can. Very large old hardware companies have a difficult time actually promoting change. So you see diversity at the very top, but don't realize that it's all white male, long term employees who don't want to share that limelight at the next layer down. They will subtly push you down and if you fight, they become less subtle. Smaller companies tend to either be stodgy or not at all - pick the latter, be heard, share and execute on your ideas, and grow your career. Much more rewarding. "
