"The company especially direct managers are not very respectful to women, especially considering that Nestle Health Science is a Swiss based company, many of the leaders that come in are foreigners and do not have such an open mind with regards to women's employment rights. My experience led to a manager that directly told me I would never grow because I am a woman and of color. "
