There is no official maternity leave. There is 1 (ONE!!!) day of paternity leave.

More flexibility for office roles, but probably not for clinician roles.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Despite (or perhaps because of) the fact that the employee gender balance is in favor of women, maternity and family leave policies are weak.

May 2017

This company is a fertility benefit company so it is highly focused in women's health and reproductive benefits. I feel that women are represented at my company and that we have strong female leaders and mentors here. A lot of my colleagues (both male and female) have undergone fertility treatment in order to conceive or are undergoing fertility treatment. Senior level management is very understanding and caring.

Seem like most flexibility is given to those at mid to upper levels of the organization. I was working at the entry level end and did not feel that much flexibility existed with requests for days off.
